Dear Conference Presenters,
The ASACP 2008 Conference will be held on 5-6 July 2008.
Please note the following announcements.
1) Papers will be strictly 20 minutes maximum, with an additional 10 minutes for questions and clarification. At the end of each panel there will be 30 minutes for general discussion (except for the last panel of each day).
2) We have a full programme for the weekend. In order that papers can begin punctually, we request that you arrive early at the conference venue to allow for timely registration. The registration desk will be open from 9:00 am on both days.
3) Hot lunch will be available at the venue on both days at $9 per head per day, at the International House Dimmick Dining Hall. Vegetarian meals are also available.
4) Conference dinner is on Saturday night at approximately $25 per head (details will be available on the day). Lunches and Dinner at not included in the Conference Registration fee.
5) Please make provisions for cash or cheque payment, as we will not have the eftpos facility to process any cards.
